The housing market is split into two main categories: Furnished and Semi-Furnished.
Furnished
This means that the property is fully furnished: from the sofa and beds to the kitchen equipment, towels and bed linen. There is no need to bring anything with you apart from your personal effects.
Semi-Furnished
This means that the property comes with all the floor and window coverings, lighting and kitchen appliances only.
